Free Trial
Every PostaiLit plan includes a 7-day free trial. No payment is required during the trial period. We encourage you to fully explore the platform, review generated content, and confirm the Service meets your needs before your first payment is processed.
Billing and Cancellation
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance and renew automatically. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and you retain full access until that date.
Billing Errors
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly or in error, contact us at support@postailit.com within 7 days of the charge. We will investigate and issue a correction where an error is confirmed.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. We take all billing concerns seriously and respond promptly. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us may result in immediate account suspension.
Service Interruptions
Temporary interruptions due to maintenance, third-party API changes (such as Meta platform updates), or unforeseen technical issues do not qualify for credits or compensation.
Refund Policy
All PostaiLit subscription payments are final and non-refundable. This applies to initial payments, renewals, plan upgrades, and all subsequent billing cycles. By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
The free trial period exists specifically so you can evaluate the Service before committing. Once your first payment is processed, no refunds will be issued regardless of usage, plan type, or cancellation status.
